S3's Covid19 Customer Communications would be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling phone calls on a senior level displaying empathy, and by demonstrating an understanding of their business with your company. We in turn would provide feedback to management as requested.
Essential Phone calls during CV:
Leaving Messages:
* Effectively uses the telephone system
* Appropriately makes calls & leaves messages per script provided by Management
* Appropriately displays empathy to diffuse emotion during this time of adversity
* leave a special message reassuring them that we are in this Together!
Customer Contact:
* Effectively uses the telephone system
* Provides the customer his/her undivided attention
* Creates rapport with the customer & matches the customer's tone and pace
* Answers questions whenever possible
* Uses positive language and word choices to avoid negative customer reactions
* conclude the call with a special message reassuring them that we are in this Together!
