We take a lot of pride in representing you, our client.  We will always ask you for the option of being present on property during your event.  This could be to simply assist you as the liaison with the hotel or assist with any aspect needed to help your event run smoothly. We are ready and excited to help with Registration, Audio Visual, Food & Beverage as needed. Our goal is to help with the effective communication with all key members of the hotel/venue staff to make your event successful and memorable! 

When it's time for hotel charges to be reviewed and changes to be made, we will work directly with the hotel's Revenue Manager to to ensure accuracy & resolve any issues.  You again can focus on enjoying the event and can trust that you will review a correct and completed bill at the end of your event.
